Quick fix

We cook a roast most Sundays, which means we have left overs to use up during the week. Sometimes it is hard to think of imaginative things to do with them, but there are some recipes that actually work better with cooked meat and caramel chicken is one of them - it ends up a bit more crispy and chewy which I find really yummy.

Soy Sauce
Leftover Chicken
Spring Onions
Salt and Pepper
Toasted Sesame Seeds

Plain Rice and Steamed Greens

Best with a cold beer.
