Premiere



Last weekend we had the first barbecue of the year. I thought as it was the premiere, we should stick to a classic menu - sticky ribs, potato salad and tomato and red onion salad. Finger licking good!

The potato salad is my friend Tina's recipe - at least this is how I remember hers. The chopped egg gives it something extra.

Boiled New Potatoes
Spring Onions
Chopped Capers
Chopped Gherkins
Parsley
Basil
Chopped Hard Boiled Eggs
Mayonnaise
Greek Yoghurt
Salt and Pepper

For the marinade for the meat, I just put in a little bit of everything yummy.

Soy Sauce
Ketchup
English Mustard
Sugar
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper

Delicious!
