On Saturday we had friends around for dinner and decided to use the barbecue again. Mackerel on the barbecue has to be one of the nicest things! This time marinated in a fragrant North African spice rub. Served with a zesty salad, or just a simple tomato salad maybe, I can't think of a better meal for a summer evening. A nice rose goes exceptionally well with it. Fingers crossed for more barbecue weather this coming weekend!
